Our management team is led by Ken Rice as Chairman, CEO and Treasurer. Ken’s formal training is in finance, law, and international tax. Mr. Rice has over 40 years of experience in executive and C level roles in a combination of manufacturing, technology, and life sciences companies. He has held C level roles in Finance, Marketing, Sales and Business Development and Operations in both the US and Europe. Mr. Rice has raised over $450M in equity and debt capital during his career in both public and private companies. Ken holds a BSBA and an MBA from Babson College, a Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School and an LLM in Taxation from Boston University Law School.
Mark Segill is our Chief Logistics and Supply Chain Officer. Mark is a senior executive who spent much of his career building a highly successful custom lighting business on a global scale. Mark’s role is focused on ensuring that our purchasing, logistics and supply chain activities continue to yield the significant cost and quality advantages we enjoy today in our business thanks to his initial efforts.
